About the Role - We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Storage Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing cloud storage solutions, with expertise in Azure NetApp Files, Amazon FSx, NetApp Cloud Volume ONTAP, Commvault, and Azure/AWS Backups.

Responsibilities

1. Storage Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Azure NetApp Files, Amazon FSx, NetApp Cloud Volume ONTAP, and other cloud storage solutions.
2. Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of storage systems by implementing best practices and tuning configurations.
3. Data Protection: Implement and manage data protection solutions, including snapshots, backups, and disaster recovery strategies using Commvault and Azure/AWS Backup services.
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor storage systems for performance issues and resolve any incidents or problems promptly.
5. Security and Compliance: Ensure storage environments meet security and compliance requirements, including data encryption and access controls.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to support storage needs and projects.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in cloud storage administration, with a focus on Azure NetApp Files, Amazon FSx, NetApp Cloud Volume ONTAP, Commvault, and Azure/AWS Backups.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Network File System (NFS) and Server Message Block (SMB) file shares, data deduplication, data compression, thin provisioning, and cloning.
3. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure and AWS Netapp technologies are a plus.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues.
5. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Cloud storage solutions and Netapp Integrations.
2. Knowledge of storage automation and orchestration tools.
3. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and practices.
