The role requires strong modeling, data-driven storytelling, and stakeholder management to optimize costs and enable scalable growth. You will work with finance and operations to deliver actionable insights and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–4 years post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to handle large datasets and derive insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

About The Role
