Job summary

TP is seeking a Finance professional in Jaipur with CA qualification and 3+ years in Finance, including FP&A or MIS. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with focus on accuracy under pressure and driving profit improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, ERP experience, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Cognos. You will interact with multiple functions and present insights to business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in the BPO industry, including 1–2 years in FP&A or MIS or Financial Management reporting.
• Only qualified CAs are eligible for this
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong financial modelling skills with understanding of financial reporting
• Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with an ERP/Financial System
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Cognos/Planning Analytics preferred
• Ability to interact with and present ideas across functions

• Manage change to deliver on stricter Timelines and being Accurate under Pressure
• Supports profit improvement activities driving significant gains
• Excels in analyzing profitability data and uncovering actionable insights
• Work with India FP&A Leaders & TPUKISSA Finance to implement strategies to present actionable financial information to business leaders
• Implement best practices in the FP&A/Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process
• Cost savings to FP&A/Reporting processes directly under purview
• Working with a strong team of analysts within the Verticals and FP&A function, including being involved in any Ad-hoc requests.

Required skills and experience:
