Job summary

ReNew is seeking a senior CSR leader based in Gurugram to design and drive social impact initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. You will manage partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and government bodies, oversee grants and resource mobilization, and ensure governance and robust reporting across programs.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in CSR or related fields, with a postgraduate degree, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of program delivery and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, social impact, development sector, or corporate foundations.
• Strong understanding of CSR regulations, governance frameworks, and social impact program management.
• Experience in fundraising, grant management, or resource mobilization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of CSR and social impact strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, implementation agencies, CSR networks, foundations, government bodies, and development sector stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic collaborations, grants, and resource mobilization.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of CSR programs across focus areas, ensuring achievement of defined outcomes and impact metrics.
• Drive project governance, compliance, reporting, and documentation in line with statutory CSR requirements.
• Track budgets, utilization, and program effectiveness while ensuring prudent financial management.
• Prepare periodic updates, impact reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support external representation of the Foundation with partners, industry forums, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to identify and execute strategic CSR interventions.
• Drive employee engagement and volunteerism initiatives where applicable.

Ideal Candidate

• 10-15 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, social impact, development sector, or corporate foundations.

• Experience in stakeholder management and working with NGOs, foundations, government institutions, and implementation partners.
• Proven track record in project execution, partnership development, and impact assessment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fundraising, grant management, or resource mobilization will be an added advantage.
• Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
