Job summary

Neo Metaliks Limited in India is seeking an Operations Excellence role focused on cost optimisation and productivity across plant operations. The incumbent will establish dashboards, KPIs and structured review mechanisms to monitor business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role leads 5S, TPM, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing implementations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimising resources and tracking financial benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost optimisation initiatives across plant operations.
• Establish performance dashboards, KPIs and review mechanisms.
• Lead implementation of 5S, TPM, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise resource utilisation and track benefits.
• Drive SAP PM, MRP and digitalisation to improve maintenance.
• Monitor MHE utilisation, fuel consumption, equipment availability and costs.
• Promote workplace safety, visual management and standardisation.
• Develop employee capabilities through training and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and sustainability.
