Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a Dimension Assistant FC – APAC in Pune to own regional financial reporting and controllership for APAC entities. The role requires CA qualification and 6–7 years post-qualification experience, with hands-on ERP and multi-entity work.

You will engage with HQ and local teams to drive accuracy and process improvements. Primary responsibilities include month-end close support, budgeting, forecasting, and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for APAC entities, including P&L, balance sheet, and KPIs.

• Act as key user for Dynamics 365, driving process improvements.

• Industry Same, or Big 4 audit followed by at least 2 years in such an industry role
• Current level Assistant manager or manager in controllership, looking for regional scope

Areas of Responsibility

1. Financial reporting and monthend support

• Prepare and support monthly management reports for APAC entities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI overviews).
• Assist in monthend closing activities, including data checks, variance analysis, and accruals support.
• Consolidate data from different entities and systems into clear management presentations for monthly reviews.

2. Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support preparation of budget and forecast figures by gathering data and challenging inputs where relevant. Perform variance analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast vs. prior year) and identify key drivers.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for Finance Manager and local management (profitability, cost development, pricing, projects, etc.).
• Help monitor financial KPIs and support continuous improvement in performance tracking.
• Prepare business cases (investment) in cooperation with Plant Manager

3. Power BI reporting and data management

• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and reports used by finance and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting models, working closely with IT and local teams where needed.
• Support the Finance Manager and business users in interpreting Power BI data and turning it into actionable insights.

4. ERP / Dynamics 365 support

• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to extract, validate and reconcile financial data.
• Support process improvements in finance modules within Dynamics 365 (standardization, simplification, automation).
• Act as a key user for reportingrelated topics, helping colleagues understand how to use the system more efficiently.

5. Collaboration and stakeholder support

• Cooperate with local finance teams in APAC entities (accounting, AP/AR, HQ & site controllers, IT).
• Support preparation of materials for management meetings and business reviews.
• Provide proactive analytical support to functions such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain when needed.

Skills

Education & experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from reputed institute.
• Approx. 6–9 years of experience in finance, controlling, audit, or accounting.
• Experience with Power BI and/or other BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system is an advantage.

Skills:

• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas; Power Query / Power Pivot is a plus).
• Power BI is an advantage
• Ability to work with large data sets, perform reconciliations and ensure data consistency.
• Good understanding of basic financial statements and key financial KPIs.
• Knowledge of APAC tax and regulatory environments (India GST, Singapore GST, WHT frameworks).
