Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Chennai is seeking a management-level professional to lead food and beverage/culinary operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; plus 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.

• Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees and guests.
