Use structured reasoning approaches, including chain‑of‑thought and tree‑of‑thought techniques where approved and appropriate, while maintaining data security, transparency, human oversight and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Demonstrate strong business analysis, organisational, problem‑solving and project delivery skills, with the independence to manage complex work from definition through completion. Make sound decisions in changing banking environments, navigate organisational challenges effectively and deliver outcomes with appropriate documentation, quality controls and stakeholder engagement.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly through written reports, verbal discussions and compelling presentations tailored to different audiences, including senior management.
