Job summary

KSB is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to design pump components using UG/NX, create 3D models and 2D drawings. You will contribute to assembly work for pumps and motors in NX and maintain accurate drawings and part lists.

The role involves SAP-driven workflows for permits, quality notifications, MDR tickets, and drawing releases, along with basic pump-part design calculations and supporting fellow CAD engineers. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in 3D modelling and drafting for pump components.
• Knowledge of pump design and basic design calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP for drawings, permits and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models/assemblies and 2D drawings in UG/NX for pump components and motor assemblies.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of models, drawings, assemblies, and parts lists.
• Use SAP for permits, quality notifications, MDR tickets, and drawing releases.
• Carry out basic design calculations for pump parts.
• Provide guidance to other CAD engineers.
• Maintain and update product information (TSC, FK, TSB, curves).
• Work with Excel for calculations, database, and performance curves.

Responsibilities

• Making 3D Models/Assembly and 2D drawings in UG / NX of the component as per guidelines. Pump & Motor Assembly in NX
• Ensuring completeness and correctness of models, drawings, assembly, Part list
