Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Law Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in business and corporate law to support governance, M&A, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the Corporate Secretary’s Office, handle intercompany agreements, and assist in due diligence, board processes, and disclosures.
You will contribute to regulatory change initiatives, perform legal research, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with business partners across the India unit.
