Job summary

WSP in India is seeking a Project Controller to support AUS Mining projects by managing cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery aligned with budget and governance standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel and MS Project. Successful completion of background verification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Project Management / related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP / Primavera / AACE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts (EAC/ETC), and variance analysis.
• Support MSP/P6 schedules and track progress.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and project performance insights.
• Maintain project data and trackers (risk, change, issues).
• Support WBS and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and finance teams.

The Project Controller will support AUS Mining projects by managing and controlling cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. The role works closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, and commercial functions to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Cost & Financial Control: Manage budgets, forecasts (EAC/ETC), variance analysis.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support MSP/P6 schedules, track progress and critical path.
• Reporting: Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and project performance insights.
• Risk & Change: Maintain project data, trackers, and registers (risk, change, issues)
• Governance: Support WBS, baselines, and ensure process compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate project data and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, engineers, and finance teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Cost management, forecasting, scheduling and reporting.
