Responsibilities
- Planning and Design: Develop blueprints, designs, and specifications for projects using computer modeling and data from site surveys.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site investigations, monitor construction progress, and perform inspections to ensure work adheres to plans and safety regulations.
- Analysis and Reporting: Perform feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and that safety measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during the design or construction phases.
