Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to lead daily branch operations, ensure policy adherence, and deliver superior customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of banking operations, and the ability to manage customer service processes, audits, and regulatory obligations while maintaining operational efficiency.

You will also drive compliance for AML/KYC and work with the team to resolve customer issues within defined TATs.

• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
