Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead customer service processes, manage branch lobby and queues, authorize and verify system inputs for transactions, handle cash operations including FX and traveler’s cheques within prescribed limits, and enforce AML/KYC standards for account openings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.

• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
