Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking a branch-focused professional with 5+ years of product/sales experience in gold loans or asset products to enhance field marketing and drive business growth at the branch level.

You will verify KYC, process disbursals, manage valuations and ensure policy compliance while mentoring staff and building a cohesive team. The role emphasizes customer engagement and accurate asset valuation in a busy branch setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.

Responsibilities

• Drive field marketing with the team to improve branch visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field activities to maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and drive conversions.
• Engage customers and assess gold ornaments for pledged value with correct weight and purity.
• Joint custodian of the Vault and safeguard pledged ornaments per policy.
• Verify KYC documents, handle application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure and interest payments as requested.
• Authorize disbursals, foreclosures, releases and customer payments.
• Maintain NPAs control through follow-ups for interest collections.
• Plan for smooth branch functioning and foster team cohesiveness.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and timely performance feedback.
• Maintain quality performance and prepare branch growth reports.
• Increase gold loan business and other third-party products.
• Ensure correct valuation and 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error-free valuation of pledged ornaments with proper weight.

Responsibilities

• Drive participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility.
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions basis customer requests.
• Authorize transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
