DJT Corporation & Investments in New Delhi seeks a Branch Manager to lead Sales Officers, CCEs and branch staff, coordinate daily activities, and drive sourcing and conversions through field visits.

The role enforces RBI/NBFC guidelines, manages risk and compliance, strengthens customer relationships, oversees MIS reporting, and ensures branch profitability with strong operation controls.

Qualificações

• Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking operations.

• Knowledge of KYC, AML, RBI guidelines and internal policies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and guide Sales Officers, CCEs and branch staff.
• Allocate daily activities and monitor productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits to improve sourcing and conversions.
• Assist training, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate between sales and operations teams.
• Ensure branch functioning in absence of Branch Manager.
• Adhere to KYC, AML, RBI guidelines and internal policies.
• Verify customer documents and monitor loan processing.
• Attend to customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
• Explain Gold Loan products, rates, options and charges.
• Drive customer retention and loan renewals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
• Support audits and close observations.

nagement & Coordination

• Supervise and guide Sales Officers, CCEs and other assigned branch employees.
• Allocate daily business activities and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to improve sourcing and conversion.
• Support employee training, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper coordination between sales and operations teams.
• Take responsibility for branch functioning in the absence of the Branch Manager, within delegated authority.

D. Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, LTV norms, RBI guidelines and internal company policies.
• Ensure customer details and supporting documents are accurately verified.
• Monitor gold appraisal and loan processing procedures.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions, documentation discrepancies and potential fraud.
• Ensure pledged gold is handled and stored strictly as per company guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

E. Customer Relationship Management

• Attend to customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
• Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, repayment options and applicable charges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive customer retention, repeat business and loan renewal activities.
• Handle escalated customer complaints in coordination with the Branch Manager.

F. MIS & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily disbursement, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Monitor individual sales performance and branch productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
• Track pending applications, renewals and repayment follow-ups.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch profitability and business objectives.

3. Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications in Finance, Banking or Management will be an advantage.

4. Experience

• 25 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
• Prior experience in Gold Loan sales, branch operations or team handling is preferred.
• Working knowledge of gold valuation, loan processing, documentation and branch operations.
