Job summary

Ascendeum is seeking a seasoned automation professional to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions that improve processing capability and efficiency across the system.

You will design and develop automation using Python, focus on data automation and web scraping, build and test automation frameworks, and collaborate with product managers to meet business needs. You will also contribute to ongoing education and may lead projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum work experience: 2 years.
• Strong understanding of the right automation tools and automation approach.
• Ability to clearly understand business requirements and deliver within stipulated time.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation using Python.
• Data automation and web scraping.

Job responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation using Python.
• Work majorly on data automation and web scrapping.
• Work on the designing, programming, simulation, testing, and maintenance of new or existing automation frameworks.
• Designing, developing, and implementing innovative and custom automation solutions and processes.
• To write and perform complex system test scripts.
• To collaborate with product managers and clients to understand business requirements and accordingly define and plan test and automation strategies to be used.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Taking the lead on projects, as needed.
