Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct original research leading to high-impact publications in Scopus-indexed journals (Q1/Q2 preferred).
• Mentor PhD scholars and lead your research cluster to enhance department output.
• Proactively apply for and secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
• Lead IP filings and commercialization of research outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry partnerships globally.
• Contribute to university rankings (NIRF, QS, THE) through sustained visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Individual Research: Conduct original research leading to high-impact publications in Scopus-indexed journals (strictly Q1/Q2 preferred).
• Cluster Leadership: Act as a catalyst for your research cluster, mentoring peers and PhD scholars to enhance the department's collective output.
• Grant Acquisition: Proactively apply for and secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
• IP & Innovation: Lead efforts in patent filing, intellectual property development, and the commercialization of research outcomes.
• Global Collaboration: Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry partnerships at a global level.
• Institutional Growth: Contribute significantly to university rankings (NIRF, QS, Times Higher Education) through sustained academic visibility.
