Job summary

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or diploma holder with gear box assembly line management experience.
• Strong understanding of assembly operations principles, TPM practices, and OEE optimization methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
