Job summary

DNEG in Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager AP to manage accounts payable processes using SAP. The role focuses on fixed assets depreciation, entry passing, vendor invoices, and timely payments while ensuring accurate MIS reporting.

The candidate will handle monthly provisions, accruals, and journal vouchers, perform AP ageing, vendor reconciliation, and respond to vendor queries. Knowledge of TDS and GST is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP-based AP processes.
• Proficient in fixed asset depreciation schedules.
• Knowledge of vendor invoices, MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Familiar with TDS and GST compliance.
• Experience with vendor reconciliation and payments.

Responsibilities

• Process fixed assets depreciation and entries in SAP.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
• Record provisions, accruals, and journal vouchers.
• Process vendor invoices and payments, and manage petty cash.
• Perform AP ageing and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Resolve vendor billing queries and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and GST-RCM compliance.

Description:

• Fixed assets schedule & calculating depreciation as well as passing entry using SAP
• Assist to Manager to prepare MIS report on monthly
• Booking provision & accrual entry on a monthly basis
• Booking of Service Vendor Invoice, Bank Payment/ Bank Receipt, Cash Payment/Cash Receipt & Journal Vouchers.
• AP Ageing
• Resolve Query of vendor against his billing if any
• Checking on daily basis general bill, Purchase bill & Petty cash Voucher
• Vendor reconciliation on the basis of vendor statements & release payments for the same
• TDS Knowledge
