Job summary

Growlease is seeking an Asset & Vendor Analysis Executive in Mumbai to evaluate assets and vendors from commercial, financial, and risk perspectives. You will support end-to-end execution, asset monitoring, documentation and post-disbursement activities across asset finance and leasing operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in asset finance or related fields, with strong MS Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple external stakeholders.

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Asset & Vendor Analysis Executive to join our growing asset finance and leasing business. The role will be responsible for evaluating assets and vendors from commercial, financial, operational and risk perspectives, while supporting the end-to-end execution and lifecycle management of financed and leased assets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across asset evaluation, vendor management, insurance coordination, documentation, procurement and post-disbursement asset monitoring. Key Responsibilities

Asset Evaluation & Commercial Analysis

• Evaluate asset specifications, usage patterns, useful life, depreciation considerations, market demand and commercial suitability.
• Conduct asset-level research to assess market positioning, resale potential, lifecycle risks and overall commercial viability.
• Benchmark asset pricing, specifications and market trends to support informed financing and leasing decisions.
• Prepare structured analysis, MIS and decision-support reports for internal stakeholders.
• Review and validate asset-related information, assumptions, quotations and supporting documentation.

Vendor & OEM Management

• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, dealers, valuers and other external stakeholders for asset procurement and transaction execution.
• Evaluate vendor quotations, commercial terms, delivery timelines and supporting documentation.
• Support vendor onboarding, due diligence and documentation requirements as applicable.
• Coordinate procurement milestones and ensure timely closure of pending commercial and operational requirements.
• Maintain professional follow-ups with vendors and proactively escape delays, discrepancies and exceptions.

Insurance & Risk Coordination

• Manage end-to-end insurance coordination for financed and leased assets.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, vendors and customers for policy placement, endorsements, renewals and documentation.
• Ensure timely renewal and continuity of insurance coverage throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, expiry dates, insured values and other relevant insurance information.
• Coordinate claim-related documentation and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify insurance gaps and escape potential risk exposures.

Asset Delivery & Post-Disbursement Management

• Coordinate asset delivery activities, including dispatch readiness, installation documentation, delivery confirmations and location tagging.
• Ensure asset records are updated accurately following delivery and deployment.
• Coordinate operational confirmations and collect relevant post-delivery documentation.
• Monitor financed/leased assets and vendors for compliance with agreed requirements.
• Track asset status, documentation, insurance and other post-delivery obligations.
• Highlight exceptions, delays, documentation gaps and potential operational or financial risks.

Data, MIS & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset, vendor, insurance and transaction records.
• Prepare periodic MIS and dashboards covering asset status, vendor performance, insurance renewals and pending actions.
• Ensure proper document control and structured data management across transactions.
• Support internal reviews, audits and management reporting with accurate and timely information.
• Maintain a strong focus on documentation quality, process adherence and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in asset finance, leasing, NBFCs, financial services, procurement, vendor management, insurance operations, credit operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial, financial and operational aspects of assets and vendors.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, OEMs, insurers, brokers, valuers, customers or other external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information critically.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting and structured data/document management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, ownership and professional follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, challenge assumptions and escape risks proactively.
