Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Change The Bank Director in the Asset Servicing Group to autonomously manage assigned APAC and India change projects from analysis through implementation and adoption. The Operations division collaborates with business units to support transactions, enforce controls and foster client relationships.

You will work with Technology and global teams to define requirements, create scalable solutions and manage risk, schedule, and governance, ensuring measurable business

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing or securities operations.
• Strong knowledge of process governance, operational risk, controls and escalation management.
• Experience delivering change with Technology teams, including requirements definition, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear delivery updates to senior stakeholders.

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Change The Bank Director in the Asset Servicing Group to manage assigned APAC and India change projects with a degree of autonomy, from initial analysis through implementation and adoption.In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.
