Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing or securities operations.
• Knowledge of process governance, operational risk, controls and escalation management.
• Experience delivering change with Technology teams, including requirements definition, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide delivery updates across global teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and articulate business value.
• Proven project management skills with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and collaborative knowledge sharing.

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Change The Bank Director in the Asset Servicing Group to manage assigned APAC and India change projects with a degree of autonomy, from initial analysis through implementation and adoption.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the Core Services.

What you'll do in the role:

What you'll bring to the role:
