Job summary

Lead HR SERVICES in Sriperumbudur is hiring an Assembly Technician for manufacturing and production. The role involves assembling and wiring industrial connectors and cable harnesses per engineering drawings, operating and maintaining production equipment, conducting tests and inspections, and ensuring ISO 9001 quality standards are met.

You will troubleshoot issues, keep the work area clean (5S), and help meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and reading drawings
• Willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial connectors and cable harnesses per engineering drawings
• Operate and maintain production equipment, including testing and inspection
• Perform quality checks and ensure ISO 9001 compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire industrial connectors and cable harnesses as per engineering drawings


• Operate and maintain production equipment, including testing and inspection


• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards


• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety standards.


• Meet daily production targets and report any issues to supervisors

Skills Required:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics


• Freshers from 2023, 2024, and 2025 passouts can apply


• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, wiring harness, panel wiring, connector assembly preferred

Eligibility:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering


• DME in Mechanical or related field


• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly


• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, reading drawings


• Willing to work in shifts

• A: 7 AM-3:30 PM


• B: 3 PM-11:30 PM

• Shift Allowance: Rs.50 (B Shift) / Rs.100 (C Shift) per shift


• Attendance Bonus: Rs.1000 (Full attendance), Rs.500 (1 LOP); Movement Bonus: Rs.20,000 after 4 months at new plant (For staff enrolled as of 25th Sep 2026)
