While the role will initially be focused on backend operations, it offers opportunities to grow into a more client-facing position with increasing exposure over time.

• The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
• Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of our client.
• This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.
• The salary band for this role is available upon request.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• A proactive, “on-your-toes” approach and comfort working in a start-up environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on both backend and, eventually, client-facing responsibilities
• 1–3 years of professional experience in client services, event management, operations, or related fields.
