Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, seeks an ASIC Electrical Validation and Characterization engineer to drive analog IP validation and silicon characterization.

You will work on LDO, Bandgap, PLL and high-speed TX/RX interfaces, perform jitter and eye diagram measurements, and contribute to automation using VBA, Python or LabVIEW. This role requires hands-on lab setup, test equipment proficiency, and strong data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on silicon validation and characterization setup for Analog IPs (LDO, Bandgap, PLL, TX/RX).
• Strong understanding of jitter and eye-diagram measurements and debugs.
• Experience in validation automation development using VBA, Python, LabVIEW or similar scripting language.
• Proficient with test equipment: power supplies, SMU, DMM, oscilloscope, J-BERT, probes, function generator.

ASIC Electrical Validation and Characterization

• Experience in IP/SoC/ASIC Analog Validation (3+ year experience).
• Strong understanding of Analog and Digital circuit fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with silicon validation and Characterization setup for Analog IPs (i.e LDO, Bandgap, PLL and high-speed interfaces – TX/RX etc.).
• Good understanding of Jitter & eye diagram measurements and debugs.
• Knowledge of validation board design and schematic understanding.
• Experience in validation automation development in VBA, Python, LabView or any scripting language.
• Good in Silicon and hardware setup debug skills.
• Good command over usage of test equipment like power supply, SMU, DMM, high-end oscilloscope, J-BERT, active and passive probes, function generator and thermal force equipment etc.
• Strong data analysis and report making skills.

Mandatory skills:
