Qualifications

• AM support experience in production or maintenance environments.
• Banking domain experience is required.
• Strong skills in AS/400 CL and RPG languages.
• Experience with job schedulers and message monitors.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ concepts.
• Familiarity with iSeries work and job management.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 AM support for iSeries applications and monitor schedulers.
• Monitor message monitors and manage work and job scheduling on AS400.
• Troubleshoot IBM MQ integration issues.
• Assist change management using ServiceNow (SNOW) to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
