Job description

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Expert knowledge of IBM i / System i5 / AS400 systems, with emphasis on:

RPGIV/RPG free
CL
IBMi OS
SQL
ROBOT
Source/deployment control tools such as Aldon Lm(i)/Rocket DevOps or equivalent
MS Visio
MS Office tools

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan WMi/PkMS) is a plus.

Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Web API/Web Services development is a plus.

Experience with analytical tools such as Hawkeye/Pathfinder, DBU, DB2 performance tools, X-Analysis, etc., or their equivalents.

Previous experience with retail systems and Supply Chain solutions is preferred.

Knowledge of and ability to apply Agile methodologies; experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

Ability to undertake systems analysis and programming assignments as requested by the manager; capable of multitasking and effectively tracking and reporting the status of multiple deliverables as priorities evolve.

Ability to work effectively with business unit and technology partners in a collaborative setting.

Strong system and application analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document applications and processes effectively.

Self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge continuously.
