Job summary

SLB in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra seeks an Artificial Lift Application Engineer to develop optimized technical job designs and support service delivery. You will collaborate with Product Line to manage risk, explore cost-effective techniques, and communicate technical value to customers.

You will provide real-time support during execution, assist in incident response, and help tender evaluations. Requires 10+ years in ESP application engineering and a BE/BTech degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Artificial Lift (ESP) application engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical job designs for the Product Line.
• Identify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
• Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
• Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.
• Understand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations.

• Support the PSD team and PSD Manager in execution with design changes as required.
• Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.
• Support multiple Product Line operations with a collaborative optimized job design.
• Assist Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.
• Analyze job execution versus design and capture design improvements and best practices.

Job description

The Artificial Lift Application Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering optimized technical job designs within the area of responsibility. The Application Engineer supports the Product Line in risk management and applies lessons learned to improve job design. This person provides real-time support to Product & Service Delivery as required, and is responsible for the cost of service delivery.

• Develop technical job designs for the Product Line.

• Support the operational unit PSD team and PSD Manager in the execution phase with design changes as required due to changes in job dimensions, resource availability or service quality incidents.
• Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.
• Support multiple Product Line operations with a collaborative optimized job design.
• Assist the Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.
• Analyze job execution versus design, and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities, including lessons learned and best practices.

• 10 years + relevant expeience in Artificial Lift (ESP) application engineering.
• Bachalors in Engineering or Techniclogy
