We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Solutions Engineer (US Healthcare). This role is designed for a rare engineering leader who can bridge business and technology-understanding complex healthcare operations, engaging directly with stakeholders, architecting scalable solutions, writing production-quality software, leveraging AI capabilities, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare payer domain expertise with strong full-stack engineering, cloud, DevOps, AI, and architecture skills. This individual takes complete ownership from problem discovery through solution design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Strong expertise in one or more healthcare payer/provider domains, including:
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR, APIs, and healthcare data exchange patterns is preferred.
Taking ownership of outcomes rather than individual tasks, creating disproportionate impact through technical depth, innovation, and execution. Has 10X engineering mindset by combining deep technical expertise, business understanding, and ownership. They can independently solve complex problems, move seamlessly between stakeholder discussions, architecture decisions, and hands‑on engineering, and understand the business "why" before designing solutions.
This individual accelerates delivery through AI, automation, reusable frameworks, and engineering excellence while taking end-to-end ownership from concept to production. They operate with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) mindset-working closely with healthcare business teams, rapidly learn & adapt to new technologies, domains, healthcare processes and delivering scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.
