We’ll look to you for:
  • Translating business needs into clear, functional and non‑functional specifications and high‑quality documentation
  • Scoping AI use cases with stakeholders and defining success metrics/KPIs and acceptance criteria
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking and dependency management
  • Managing end‑to‑end project from identifying MakevsBuy, RFP launching & processing and lead the project
  • Organising discovery workshops and design thinking sessions to identify, prioritise and refine AI opportunities
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis, gap and impact assessments, and maintaining traceability across requirements
  • Collaborating with DataScientists and DataEngineers, Architects, development teams and PMO to ensure alignment
  • Ensure alignment on feasibility, requirements, dependencies and delivery constraints across teams
  • Managing product backlogs (epics, features, user stories) and supporting Agile ceremonies in Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence
  • Preparing project artefacts (RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, documentation)
  • Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to track deliverables and resolve issues.
  • Driving UAT planning, test coordination, defect management, training and adoption activities
  • Identifying and tracking risks across scope, timelines, resources, governance and compliance.
  • Supporting change management activities: communication, training coordination, onboarding and post‑deployment follow‑up
  • Demonstrating curiosity, resilience, and a continuous‑learning mindset to evaluate new tools while ensuring value delivery
  • Exposure to agentic AI platforms like Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Dataiku and LibreChat to support development of AI prototypes/PoCs will be a plus
