What You'll Do:

What You Need To Bring:

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required, with 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, reliability engineering, or platform engineering, including AI-driven operations or automation-focused roles.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Python for automation, data processing, and operational tooling
• Observability platforms (for example, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Cloud platform operations (for example, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Machine learning model lifecycle and deployment practices
• IT service management and workflow orchestration tools (for example, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Rundeck)
