Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with our development and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our candidate screening and employee onboarding processes.

Major Responsibilities & Job Requirements include:

1. Develop and implement NLP/LLM models.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer or similar role, with expertise in computer vision techniques.
3. Develop and deploy AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
4. Proven experience in computer vision, including fine-tuning OCR models (e.g., Tesseract, Layoutlmv3, EasyOCR, PaddleOCR, or custom models).
5. Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for building intelligent Q&A, document summarization, and search systems.
6. Experience with LangChain, LLM agents, and chaining tools for modular LLM workflows.
7. Familiarity with agent-based frameworks and orchestration of multi-step reasoning with APIs and external data sources.
8. Experience with Cloud AI solutions such as IBM, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
9. Work on NLP tasks and develop language models for various applications.
10. Design and maintain SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
11. Utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to build predictive models.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
13. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Big Data solutions.
14. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
15. Handle large datasets and perform big data analysis for insights.
16. Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs with specific data for optimal performance.
17. Proficiency in cloud services from Amazon AWS.
18. Extract and parse text from CVs and application forms using advanced NLP techniques such as Word2Vec, BERT, and GPT-NER.
19. Develop similarity functions and matching algorithms for candidate-job skill alignment.
20. Experience with microservices, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js.
21. Knowledge of Spark, PySpark for big data processing.
22. Familiarity with SVD/PCA, LSTM, NeuralProphet techniques.
23. Apply debiasing techniques to ensure fairness in ML pipelines.
24. Coordinate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries like Word2Vec, BERT, GPT.
• Experience with database technologies and data vectorization.
• Understanding of similarity functions and distance metrics for matching algorithms.
