About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with a solid foundation in machine learning and a growing expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Work on LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art ML and GenAI techniques.
• Monitor and maintain model performance in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI/LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent-based AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Experience with REST APIs, data engineering pipelines, and model versioning.
