Job summary

Flamingo Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to identify and drive AI initiatives across functions. You will manage end-to-end projects, design scalable ML solutions, and ensure governance and ethical AI usage.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML leadership, strong Python and NLP skills, and experience with cloud platforms. This on-site position is based in Navi Mumbai and involves collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 812 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or related technology roles.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing AI/ML projects or teams.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML use cases across business functions.
• Manage end-to-end AI projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and implement solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.

• Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, including data privacy, security, governance, and compliance.

• Monitor the performance, accuracy, scalability, and business impact of deployed AI solutions.
• Lead and mentor AI/ML professionals and support capability building within the organization.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and regular management reports.
