Job summary

GAC Solutions in India seeks a senior consultant with 8+ years in consulting, strategy, transformation, and AI/data analytics to shape and deliver AI initiatives for clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive impact, design operating models, and develop compelling value cases.

The role includes engaging in presales activities, crafting proposals, and guiding transformation programs while leveraging enterprise AI concepts from LLMs to governance to ensure responsible adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting, strategy, or transformation experience.
• 3+ years delivering AI, data science, ML, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategy capabilities: business model and operating model design, value case development.
• Experience in presales activities: opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposals.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI concepts: LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, governance, adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Job description

• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
• 3+ years of experience shaping or delivering AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience may be demonstrated through client delivery, on-the-job AI work, a data science background, or an advanced degree.
• Demonstrated strategy acumen, including business model analysis, operating model design, value case development, transformation planning, and executive narrative development.
• Experience supporting presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, business case creation, or executive-level deal reviews.
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, and adoption considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
