Position: Digital and AI Solutions Specialist

Qualification: 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation by identifying and leading high-impact AI/ML use cases.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI models (including LLMs and GenAI) for applications like:
• Converse through analytical solutions such as conversational analytics (maintain alignment with business goals).
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business teams to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring models are explainable, governed, and aligned with safety standards.
• Work cross-functionally with data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to embed models into real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in building AI and advanced analytics solutions in industry or research.
• Strong skills in: Data analysis, modeling, preprocessing.
