Job summary

Synergy Computer Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement the AI/Agent interaction layer enabling business users to query enterprise HR data through prompts and intelligent orchestration.

You will build prompt patterns, agent workflows, data access guardrails and grounding validation, integrate with APIs, and tune performance, with a focus on reliability and enterprise-scale data security.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years in AI/ML/software engineering with recent GenAI experience.
• Experience with LLM applications.
• Prompt engineering.
• Agent/orchestration concepts.
• API integration.
• Python or equivalent programming capability.
• Strong understanding of grounding and enterprise data access.

Responsibilities
