Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and multi-step workflows using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar models)
• Develop and optimize prompts for reasoning, coding, and task automation
• Build and maintain agentic systems (tool-using AI, function calling, workflow automation)
• Work with Claude (Anthropic) for reasoning-heavy tasks and structured outputs
• Work with ChatGPT / OpenAI models including Codex for code generation, debugging, and software development support
• Create reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and prompt libraries
• Integrate LLM APIs into applications (Python / Node.js / REST APIs)
• Design systems using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) where needed

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents like Codex, and have experience building intelligent agents, prompt systems, and AI-powered automation workflows.

• Build and maintain agentic systems (tool-using AI, function calling, workflow automation)

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI model optimization
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques
• Experience building or using AI agents (autonomous or semi-autonomous systems)
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like ChatGPT Codex / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code
• Experience building: Task-based AI agents, multi-step reasoning pipelines and tool-using LLM systems (APIs, databases, web tools)
• Understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar)
• Knowledge of data handling, embeddings, and vector databases (basic to advanced)
• Ability to design high-quality prompts for different use cases
• Experience improving AI output reliability and reducing hallucinations
• Ability to create structured AI workflows and reusable prompt systemsClear communication for prompt design and documentation
• Comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environments
• Ability to experiment and iterate quickly with AI systems
