Job summary

ITC Infotech Bengaluru is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. You will build RAG pipelines, engineer prompts, and enable multi-agent orchestration using LLMs and Azure OpenAI.

The role requires strong Python, ML/NLP, and cloud deployment skills, with a focus on scalable, governance-friendly AI systems integrated into enterprise tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ML, NLP, transformer architectures, and LLM evaluation techniques.
