Huptech Hr Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, build, and ship AI-native applications. The role combines backend systems, frontend development, and rapid prototyping to deliver dashboards, micro apps, and scalable AI-driven products.

You will design and develop AI-native apps end-to-end, build dashboards powered by AI insights, and integrate LLM APIs into real-world applications while crafting responsive frontends with React/Next.js and Python backends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software/AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python (backend).
• Hands-on frontend development experience (React/Next.js).
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face).
• Ability to build and ship end-to-end applications independently.

• This role requires strong full-stack capabilities, combining backend systems, frontend development, and rapid prototyping to deliver custom dashboards, micro apps, and scalable AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-native applications end-to-end (backend + frontend)
• Build custom dashboards and internal tools powered by AI insights
• Develop micro apps / lightweight tools to solve specific business problems
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face) into real-world applications
• Create REST APIs and scalable backend services in Python
• Build responsive and functional frontends (React/Next.js or similar)
• Rapidly prototype ideas using a vibe coding approach (fast iteration, quick validation)
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and context-aware AI systems
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI-driven applications
• Collaborate closely with product/business teams to turn ideas into working solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software/AI engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python (backend)
• Hands-on experience with frontend development (React, Next.js, or similar)
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face)
• Ability to build and ship end-to-end applications independently
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, micro services, and system design
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG concepts
• Experience with data handling (Pandas, NumPy)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, etc.)
• Experience building custom dashboards or internal tools
• Exposure to AI-native UX patterns (chat interfaces, copilots, assistants)
• Understanding of fast prototyping tools and workflows
