Job summary

Cyient seeks an AI Product Manager to treat each AI agent (RFQ, Planning, Supply Chain, Program Manager, Scheduler, Executive Copilot) as a product with defined users, value hypotheses, backlog and KPIs. This role bridges business users with engineering/data teams to ship, measure and continuously improve agent capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product management with data/AI or enterprise-workflow products and a strong grasp of manufacturing and supply-chain processes.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of manufacturing / supply-chain processes (RFQ, MRP, S&OP).
• Ability to define crisp KPIs and run evidence-based iteration.

• Partner with Sales, Bid, Supply Chain and Operations to validate value in the flow of work.
