Job summary

NetConnectGlobal in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect for a full-time role with hybrid work (2-3 days/week). The position requires 8+ years of experience and immediate joiners are welcome.

Initial deployment on a 1-year client project, with potential extensions. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI platforms, including LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent AI, while building robust MLOps pipelines and mentoring engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/GenAI software development and deployment.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale GenAI platforms.
• Develop production-grade LLM/RAG and multi-agent AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams through PoC to production.
