Pennant Technologies in Hyderabad, India seeks a senior AI/ML leader with 7-10 years hands-on experience across data science and AI in banking. You will drive end-to-end AI/ML solutions, architect scalable systems, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities include product design, architecture decisions, POCs, production deployments, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI products.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on AI/ML experience across Banking (loan origination, lending).
• Strong expertise in ML, DL, computer vision, NLP and Generative AI.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems, AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
• Deep knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, databases and distributed processing.
• Proficient in AutoML, model experimentation, deployment and MLOps.
• Strong AI system architecture, cloud, APIs and scalable distributed systems.
• Ability to lead product and solution design, POCs and production deployments.
• Strong Python programming with modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Lead technical teams, mentor engineers, translate business needs into scalable AI products.

Description du poste

1. Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions with 7–10 years of hands-on experience across Data Science and AI in Banking Domain (Loan Origination/ Loan Management, Loan Collections/Lending).
2. Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
3. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLMOps.
4. Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, AI agents, tool calling, MCP, memory, and multi-agent architectures.
5. Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, feature engineering, ETL/ELT, databases, and distributed data processing.
6. Experience with AutoML, model experimentation, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
7. Strong expertise in AI/ML system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, cloud, APIs, and distributed systems.
8. Ability to independently drive product design, AI solution design, architecture, POCs, and production implementations.
9. Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using modern AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and deployment technologies.
10. Lead technical teams, mentor engineers/data scientists, make architecture decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable AI products.
