Job summary

Dotsquares is seeking a senior AI/ML architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade AI systems. You will steer architecture, research, and client engagements across ML, DL, GenAI, and NLP domains, while mentoring engineers and ensuring scalable, robust infra.

Role demands hands-on Python proficiency, experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP. Expect collaboration with international clients and participation in pre-sales and solution

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of production-grade AI/ML solutions from POC to production.
• Drive ML/DL/GenAI/LLM/RAG/NLP/Computer Vision and MLOps initiatives across projects.
• Design and implement LLM/RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, evaluation, guardrails, and AI orchestration.
• Build single-agent and multi-agent AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Lead ML/DL development with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Architect scalable AI infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker, Kubernetes, GPU deployments, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with clients on technical consulting, solution architecture, POCs, proposals, estimates, and pre-sales.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLM apps, RAG, FastAPI, REST, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, cloud, Docker, and MLOps.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong communication with international clients.
