Job summary

PUMA Sports India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a studio/production leader to own the look and feel of eCommerce on-model shoots in Bengaluru. You will drive brand consistency and guide on-set teams, making final decisions on shoot direction and image selection.

The role requires 5+ years in studio/production management within fashion or sportswear, plus experience running high-volume shoots and leading large cross-functional crews. Collaboration with styling, photography, and post-production is essential.

YOUR MISSION

• Own the overall look & feel of eCom on-model shoots

• Maintain efficiency without compromising quality

YOUR TALENT

• 5+ years in a studio management, production management, or head of studio role — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce content production
• Direct experience running high-volume pack shot or product on-model photography operations, not just campaign or editorial experience in campaign and editorial shootings is welcome
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional production crews (10+ people) in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of tethered capture workflows, Capture One, DAM systems, and image retouching pipelines
• Experience working with global style guides and brand visuals
• Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome
