Overview

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibilities with big-picture thinking, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and knows how to turn ideas into impactful visual experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account managers to create bold, culture-relevant, and digitally engaging campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and execution of digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Conceptualize and develop visually compelling ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and account management teams to deliver cohesive campaign narratives
• Ensure high-quality creative output across static, video, and motion content while maintaining brand consistency
• Translate briefs into innovative visual concepts with strong storytelling and design thinking
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design styles, and digital culture to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Leadership roles
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaign execution, and digital-first creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Understanding of motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing creatively
