Area Talent Acquisition Executive ( 83255830 )
  • Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
  • Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges etc.
  • Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses.
  • Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
  • Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA.
  • Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area.
  • Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals.
  • Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
