- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges etc.
- Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses.
- Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA.

- Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals.
