Job summary

Reliance Industries Limited seeks a security leadership professional to oversee RSMS delivery and manage a security team. You will ensure continuous coverage, oversee third party providers, and drive performance reviews and succession planning.

The role requires handling emergencies, incident investigations with root cause analysis, and supporting business continuity at the site. 5–8 years in security with at least 2 years in current role is sought.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any disciple; mandatory
• Post graduate in any disciple; beneficial
• CPP/Industrial Security courses from CISF/Defence services/Police academy/intl institute
• LLB or knowledge of Law-Criminal, IR and labour law
• MDP/Leadership program or PGP from IIM or intl business school

Responsibilities

• Accountable for End to End delivery of requirements of the Reliance Security Management System (RSMS)
• Oversee & evaluate performance of third party security personnel services provider
• Performance review, skill development and succession planning of his team
• Ensure security function positions are always filled with low attrition
• Support in identification & selection of suitable candidates
• Prompt response management for emergencies and business continuity at site
• Management of Security Response including incident handling, investigation and fire fighting support

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the End to End delivery of the requirements of the Reliance Security Management System (RSMS)
• Oversee & evaluate performance of the third party security personnel services provider ensuring the deployed personnel are as per the defined parameters.
• Performance review, skill development and succession planning of his team.
• Ensure all positions of security function under him are occupied at all times with least attrition and support in identification & selection of the most suitable candidate.
• Ensure prompt response management in handling emergencies and providing business continuity at site. He is accountable for the Management of Security Response which includes
• Security Response to incidents, Incident Notification, Investigation with root cause analysis and Fire Fighting Auxiliary Support.
