The Position / About The Job

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • Drive sales for spare parts, service agreements, and upgrades, aligning with business targets and divisional strategy.
  • Analyze market insights and customer behaviors to develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Identify, manage, and convert leads into business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage regularly with customers to understand needs and present solutions.
  • Manage customer data and utilize internal tools for planning and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare competitive, value-based quotations and follow up to secure orders.
  • Use CRM and digital tools effectively to manage opportunities and data.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, ensuring performance and growth aligned with division goals.
  • Take ownership of people responsibilities for professional development.
